Dr Arora and her staff are very welcoming and professional. Myself, my husband and two teenagers have been going to Dr Arora for a few years now and we are very happy with her services, from getting our eyes checked to purchasing glasses. Everything is done with great care and consideration. I really appreciate the fact that we get reminder phone calls, appointments are on time, glasses come in pretty quickly, and best of all, the warm welcome smiles I get when I rush in with bent frames from very active kids!
